Dear Members:

Summer is in full swing, but that’s no excuse to let our manners slide! As our cover story points out, etiquette plays a huge role in our daily business routine, and has a big impact on current and potential clients. One thing we can do to put our best foot forward is give “thank you” notes abundantly. And in that spirit, I would like to extend a thank you to all of you for your inspiring words and praise for AFS. Just recently I received the following letter from AFS Member Danitza Penaloza:

The Association Motor Plan is Great! I recently locked my car keys in the trunk in my daughter’s driveway in Weston. My duplicate keys were 40 miles away at my home. Five minutes after speaking with an association motor plan representative, I got a call from someone asking for directions to where I was. Ten minutes later, the motor plan service opened my trunk and I was able to continue with my scheduled activities. I received very fast and courteous service that cost me $0! And, it only took 15 minutes from beginning to end. What a difference from AAA who normally takes “forever” to respond!
