Americans for Financial Security will hold its annual meeting on December 17, 2004 at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

The highlight of the meeting will be the election of the 2004-2005 Board of Directors. As the policy-making body for AFS, the Board of Directors decides the course the Association should take regarding small-business issues.

Art Granda
President of AFS, Art Granda brings a wealth of small-business experience to the Board. He is currently part owner, President, and CEO of Messer Industries, Inc. in Greenville, SC. He has almost 30 years of senior financial and general management experience in working with multimillion dollar manufacturing companies.

Mario Pasquale
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for AFS, Mario Pasquale’s distinguished career includes several high-ranking positions with various business and health organizations. He has also received national, state and university awards for exceptional contributions and dedicated service.

Don Coffelt
AFS Secretary Don Coffelt is president of Coffelt Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in organizational development and executive recruiting. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and administration and has served on several other boards.
